Cancellation Policy

1. Order Modification & Cancellation Conditions

We understand that sometimes plans change. Customers may modify or cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing the order successfully.
After this 12-hour window, we are unable to accommodate any changes or cancellations, as the order will be locked for processing and transferred to the carrier.

2. How to Modify or Cancel an Order

Please follow these steps to request a modification or cancellation:

  1. Prepare your order details:
    • The email address used for the order
    • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
    • Clear instructions on the changes or cancellation request
  2. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
    [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number]

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your request, we will review it and respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.
Approved cancellations or modifications will be refunded within 3 business days based on the cancelled or adjusted order value.
